Data Deletion Instructions — Difotoin Instagram Campaign App

If you interacted with the Difotoin Instagram voucher campaign and want your campaign-related data deleted, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

1. Send a deletion request to Difotoin.id through the official Instagram account @difotoinid or through the official website https://difotoin.id.
2. Include your Instagram username and mention that the request is for the “Instagram Campaign App data deletion”.
3. Our team will verify the request and remove campaign-related records tied to your Instagram campaign interaction where legally and technically possible.

Data covered

• Campaign interaction logs.
• Voucher claim status.
• Voucher assignment records tied to the campaign.
• Instagram username/scoped ID stored for anti double-claim checks.

Data not covered

This deletion process applies to the Instagram campaign automation app only. It does not delete Instagram’s own platform data, public comments directly stored by Instagram, or operational records that Difotoin.id is legally required to keep.

Processing time

Deletion requests are reviewed and processed as soon as practical after verification.
