Privacy Policy — Difotoin Instagram Campaign App

This policy explains how Difotoin.id uses data for its Instagram campaign automation app connected to the Instagram professional account @difotoinid and Facebook Page Difotoinid.
Data we process
- Instagram username and scoped user ID for users who interact with the campaign.
- Campaign comment text, such as “Mau Foto”.
- Instagram message/postback interaction used to confirm voucher participation.
- Voucher claim status, voucher code/image assignment, timestamps, and basic campaign logs.
Purpose
We use this data only to run the Difotoin voucher campaign: detecting voluntary campaign comments, sending a public reply, sending campaign DM instructions, preventing duplicate voucher claims, managing quota, and delivering voucher images.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use the data for unrelated advertising audience targeting.
- We do not automatically reply to unrelated customer service DMs outside the campaign flow.
- We do not access Pages or Instagram accounts unrelated to Difotoin.id.
Retention
Campaign interaction records are retained only as long as needed for voucher fulfilment, fraud prevention, anti double-claim checks, campaign reporting, and legal/business record needs.
Data sharing
Data is processed by Difotoin.id systems and authorized service providers required to operate the campaign automation. We do not sell or rent campaign participant data.
User choice and deletion
Users may request deletion of campaign-related data by following the instructions on our Data Deletion Instructions page.
